They get worse; the defendant started harassing my wife and went to her place of work without a reason to show his ability to get away with his lies and crimes. October 6, 2010. No This is one reason we need good judges. Vote to remove Judge McRae on November 2nd! Polls open 7am to 8pm. Early Voting: October 19-29. If we vote to remove Judge McRae, a better judge may be appointed and help make our community a safer and more just place. October 13, 2010 at 10:15 PM. October 6, 2010. I should mention that we spoke with 2 lawyers about our case. Both believed we had enough evidence to easily win the case. She let us both speak again, but failed to communicate that it would be our last opportunity to speak. She closed the case stating "lack of evidence" but that the appeals judge might see the case differently (a cost of at least $100 more). We were shocked.
