Tuesday, March 19, 2013. I have been very preoccupied with my healthy diet lately. I was having a hard time with my arthritis and decided to cut out all refined sugar, gluten, meat, and dairy. It has been a full month now and I feel a bit better physically. I just wish I felt better mentally. I have also started to walk. Just a mile daily, but I had to start somewhere. I am looking forward to getting my bike out of storage and getting exercise that way. Friday, February 8, 2013. EXCITED ABOUT THE WEEKEND.
