Does this kitty look familiar? There is a picture of her on my previous post. Can you guess which store we are at?

He does this every time! Video: Madeleine Talks a Bit. Took this video a while back. She's even more of a talker now! Video: Ethan and Madeleine Play!

http://riffenburghfamily.blogspot.com/2015/06/happy-1st-birthday-colin.html
Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Happy 1st Birthday, Colin! We threw Colin a small family mustache party. The kids loved it! Colin had his own mustache "smash cake," which he enjoyed until his hands were too covered in frosting, and we wore tattoo mustaches. well, some of us did. Madeleine was a party pooper and Greg has the real deal ;). We are so thankful for our happy, healthy little one-year-old! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). How Our Garden Grows. Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Big Kids Are Helpful! Ethan and Madeleine have recently mastered feeding Colin with minimal mess. It's super handy to have them feed him while I fix their food. He is a big eater, and he gets fussy when he has to wait! Monday, November 24, 2014. How to Cook a Turkey. Ethan's teacher asked him how to cook a turkey. This is how it's done! Sunday, November 23, 2014. 6 cups chicken broth (I make mine by dissolving 1 tsp chicken granules in 1 cup boiling water). Colin Thomas was a ...

The Riffs: March 2015
http://riffenburghfamily.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 30, 2015. MTHFR No, it's not an abbreviation for a really bad word. Though when you're done reading this, you might think otherwise! Ethan started claiming that the word of the day was "no." Every day, the word of the day was "no" for us. It was heartbreaking to see him so unhappy, when I knew what it was like to see him happy and smiling and carefree. What had happened? You can read about them here. Most importantly, we learned that Ethan has the MTHFR gene defect. The folate and B vitamin...

I've gotten quite a bit behind on blogging due to quite a busy summer! However one of the biggest things keeping me from blogging has been getting a new laptop. Amidst all the busy-ness, it's been crazy finding time to move everything over to my new laptop. I have Windows 8.1 and love it! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Riffs: How Our Garden Grows
http://riffenburghfamily.blogspot.com/2015/06/how-our-garden-grows.html
Friday, June 26, 2015. How Our Garden Grows. Over Mother's Day weekend, we planted our first container garden. We don't have the space for a "real" garden yet, though we hope to someday soon! I just kept watering the paper towel, and those two seeds just kept sprouting and growing, until I finally added them in with the bell pepper. To be honest, I'm not even sure what kind of bean they are. Ha! And Queen Elsa ;). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). How Our Garden Grows. Happy 1st Birthday, Colin!
