A Spotlight on Healthy Living. About Health & Running. Races, Places, & Times. Baltimore 10 Miler Recap: The Goal? I’d always heard about the Baltimore 10 Miler. I knew small parts of the course from the Celtic Solstice 5 Miler. But everyone talks about how hilly this course is, about how the hills will be brutal. I had signed up for the Baltimore 10 Miler. So that just left the goal of testing out my speed. Six weeks post-Boston, how fast could I run? A race I’ve done several times as a pacer. Instead, ...

many miles to run: Getting Ready For Lehigh
http://manymilestorun.blogspot.com/2013/08/getting-ready-for-lehigh.html
Many miles to run. Love life. Love running. Thursday, August 15, 2013. Getting Ready For Lehigh. I wasn't planning on racing a late summer/early fall marathon until the Boston bombings happened. I decided I wanted to try to cushion my BQ, as I'm not sure 1:21 is enough of a cushion this time around. My friend, Liz, mentioned she was running Lehigh. So I decided to join her and also recruited some WhyMarathon. I made my training plan for the Myrtle Beach marathon. Lots of sweat shed here - no tears though!
