This cookie is the reason I started my online bakeshop. Their "dome" shape makes them look so pretty. Rich on pecans, this buttery and crumbly cookie is just heaven, or so I think. I hope that if you try it, you will think the same. I really enjoy making these cookies. From rolling the dough to melting the dark chocolate and covering these rounded little things. The worse part is to avoid eating them, and I have to say I just can't help it sometimes.
