Saturday, October 8, 2016. LOST BEACH - FERNDALE, CA. After walking through the Rockefeller Grove we continued on down the little narrow road toward Lost Beach. This doe and fawn were on the side of the road. Mother took off down the road and the fawn followed. The 30 miles to Lost Beach was narrow with hairpin turns and very rough.
