Vicki's Cambridge Diet Diary. Monday, 4 June 2007. Well its weigh in tomorow! Was first day back at work today which went surprisingly well - kept me busy and some of the emotional hunger at bay thankfully. Even stayed away from the ery well stocked tuck box sat at the end of my bank of desks! And people eating crisps and gorg sarnies at lunchtime - arrgghh! Was properly hungry tho by the time i got home - proper grumbly belly! So next time i post will be with my first weigh in! Day 8 - one week in.

God damn this really is not getting any easier at the moment and i know its my own fault for falling off the wagon and eating ships - its set me right back, loss wise and mentally wise. I really feel like giving up - i just dont beleive i can do this i really dont. I'm destined to be fat and ugly for ever so why cant i just fucking deal with it instead of putting myself thru this. Vicki's Cambridge Diet Diary. Thursday, 31 May 2007. Well here i am in Day Two. Woke up feeling on top of the world - really healthy and bubbly. Went out to meet a mate at lunchtime which was hard - i had an esspresso - wanted a big fat late! And all the smells of food was a killer. I weighed myself this morning - know i shouldnt have really but couldnt resist and the scales were down by three pounds - but i will only beleive it if it carries on! Oh god adrian is cooking his dinner and it smells DIVINE!
