More not than often: February 2015
http://morenotthanoften.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
More not than often. Sunday, February 22, 2015. Changing By The Minute. It would seem that a person's thoughts, views, opinions etc. are constant. At least this is what I thought. Turns out, I myself am an exception to this. I have noticed that whenever I expose myself to some new idea, I either pursue it to death, or I hate it. Then, in some time, a week, a couple of months, or until a friend makes me do the opposite . yes, you guessed it right. Sunday, February 22, 2015. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

More not than often: June 2015
http://morenotthanoften.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
More not than often. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Worst that can happen. Someone yesterday asked me how to deal with a new task at her job. This particular thing was filling her with anxiety and stress. My response was to think of the worst possible long term scenario with that thing, and then realize that she won't reach that bad a state. Basically, this is thinking what is the worst that can happen? Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Sunday, June 14, 2015. A few times, not more than 3 or 4, people have asked me if...

More not than often: Want some water? Or tea?
http://morenotthanoften.blogspot.com/2016/10/want-some-water-or-tea.html
More not than often. Friday, October 21, 2016. As children, we were taught to always offer water to anyone who comes to our home. Guests, friends, delivery persons, electricians, plumbers and so on and so forth. My parents, especially my mother spent a lot of time and effort on this. I haven't thanked my coworker for the compliment. Not yet. I don't know why I wrote this post. Most likely because I have not written since some time. Also, no idea why, I try not to start sentences with "I", but more often ...

My thoughts do the coloring. When the picture is in my mind! My fingers do the talking. When words are hard to find! Negative ways of asking for Love. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 by Sunrita. Some of us have strange ways, infact bad ways of asking for love. If we are not at the receiving end of the amount and nature of love we wish to receive from a certain person of interest, we sometimes go to the extent of twisting our circumstances to get attention and feel good. If you love someone, set him/her free.

More not than often. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. History Repeats Itself. Sometimes Too Soon. Three of us were chatting at the workplace today. Both were seniors and elder to me, and one of them mentioned generation gap. He was irritated and amused that our generation. Somehow thinks that his generation is one of idiots. He was even more irritated and amused because he remembered thinking the same about the generation before him. He pointed out that this pattern repeats with every new generation. This curren...

More not than often: April 2015
http://morenotthanoften.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
More not than often. Monday, April 27, 2015. Omnious or just Unlucky? Many times we hear of someone being omnious. Mostly because they underwent some sort of personal tragedy. This is so prevalent, it almost seems true. Oh, they can't have a child. Must have done some sort of bad things in a previous life. She just sits and stares into the wall, must be some kind of bad luck. We just assume a negative person is inherently negative and therefore in a situation of suffering. For want of a better word ).

More not than often: Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin
http://morenotthanoften.blogspot.com/2016/12/autobiography-of-benjamin-franklin.html
More not than often. Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. Is an initiative and website that offers such books for reading or downloading. I was lucky to come across it in college but was stupid enough to not read stuff from it for a long time. Recently, I went through the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. Here are a few quotes from the book. Promises in this world and beyond. Charles] Osborne went to the West Indies, where he became an eminent lawyer and made money, but died y...

More not than often. Monday, April 18, 2016. Someone I know had to be taken to the hospital for a surgery. Nothing major. Just a routine daycare thing. On arrival, our guy was admitted and we were told the surgery would begin at 11:00 am. Somehow, 11:00 am came and went. Then, noon and 1:00 PM passed. We got a bit angry, but only enough to feel like idiots later. This raised a question. How to deal with emergencies? Hospitals have emergency rooms. ICRs, IICRs, what have you. Monday, April 18, 2016. Hope ...
