http://jbskitchen.blogspot.com/2011/06/too-much-salt.html
Friday, 10 June 2011. Recently I found out that my blood pressure is bordering on being high and when I say bordering I really mean it; a healthy person should have a blood pressure of 120 over 80 (120/80). High blood pressure (or hypertension) is anything over 140/90. Last time I went to see the nurse my blood pressure was 139/88 and this is classed as pre-hypertension. The NHS have produced a guide about Salt, those foods to avoid and how to reduce your salt intake. You can find it here. Coming up on t...

If you are on Weight Watchers and want to eat some tasty recipes but still know how many points you are having then look under the...

Jayne's Kitchen: Easy tray baked cod
http://jbskitchen.blogspot.com/2011/02/easy-tray-baked-cod.html
Tuesday, 15 February 2011. Easy tray baked cod. This recipe is inspired by Jamie Oliver and adapted to my own tastes. Its really easy to make, and you can make it ahead and its ready to put in the oven when you need it. For those following Weight Watchers each serving is 9 points. To make the tray bake to feed two, you'll need:. 6 slices of pancetta or 4 slices of prosciutto - it doesn't matter which one you use the process is the same. 1 red pepper, de-seeded and chopped into pieces. 1 tsp dried parsley.
