Dry Gas Seal Tester. Dry Gas Seal Tester. This system is designed to evaluate dry gas compressor seals and it automates the 4-6 hour testing that is performed on each set of seals. 160;1,000 BAR Helium, Nitrogen, Air, 50/50 He/Air mix or any other gas required. 160;Up to 900 BAR (system dependent). Initially boosted by PID controlled air driven gas boosters, then regulated down to the required test step pressure via Tescom electronic regulators. 160;0-60,000 RPM (system dependent).

Home thermostat testing requires a very tightly controlled temperature chamber that can ramp temperatures accurately and repeatedly. Vidac's systems provide tighter temperature control than the NEMA specifications call for. Vidac has provided several chambers that provide the tightly controlled laminar airflow conditions as that control temperature to within 0.05 F of the constantly ramping setpoint. Full trending and data reporting is included. Temperature range: 40-95 F at /- 0.05 F.
