Creating a New Facebook App. Creating a New Facebook App. 1 Log into your MyGuestlist account. 2 Click on the Social Tab. 3 Click on Facebook Applications. 4 Click New Facebook App in the right most corner of the window. 5 Choose the Fan Page(s) that you would like to add your new Facebook Application. Custom applications can not be installed to profiles or groups. 6 Enter a name for your app (only you can see this). 10 Select which form you would like to use for the app.

The Date Reminder feature allows you to automatically setup campaigns to be sent to members and patrons based on a specific date or search of your database. Four different types of automated triggers can be setup:. Campaigns sent before/after a birthday. Campaigns sent when somebody joins your database. When a submission is made through your website form, an email will be sent to you asking to approve or deny the submission. A good use for this function would be to restrict who can submit your RSVP or Guestlist forms, as well as restricting who is able to be added to your database through standard website forms.
