A Scot in France. Last week in Scotland. So I think I’ve done all the important stuff, like talking to the bank and sorting out finances (Euro notes are rather fancy, aren’t they? I wasn’t expecting my loan until September at the earliest but it’s in already, which is a pleasant surprise. At the orientation we should get help with opening a French bank account, enrolling in classes, and other official stuff. Even better, we get 25 hours of intensive French lessons! August 15, 2016.
