Viet Huong fish sauce. 2 tbsp of vegatable oil. 1 Finely chop the small bulbs of green onions. 2 Slice the beef as thin as you want. 3 Mix the sliced beef with chopped green onion bulbs. 4 Throw in about 10 dashes of fish sauce and some dashes of pepper, mix well and set aside. 5 Coarsely dice one tomato. 6 Slice the other tomato. 7 Slice the yellow onion.
