When you just don’t have the motivation to get up and about. When you can barely talk to people. When every moment out of your hamster-ball is sheer torture. This is not the day when you can tell me it will all be alright. I know it in my head. Yes it makes sense it shall all pass. Yes I know I am not weak. Yet for today let me be.

Rattling about in my Head. Randomly thinking out loud. Going back to a love you left behind. No I’m not talking about a guy. 7 years ago I left an art I loved learning because of a guy. I’d like to say I was getting pretty good but then I stopped. I let “excuses” interfere with a good thing. I ALLOWED life to get in the way. But I am back! Training in Arnis has not been easy before and it’s still not easy now. But it’s definitely Fun. Despite the aches and pains am I happy? Posted in Love and Life.

Mark Chang aka Mark Zhang has been involved in athletic training and competition for close to 25 years. As both a former amateur and professional boxer. He has a winning record against combined opposition with a winning record and is a two division NABC-US National champion. Mr Chang is a USA Boxing certified coach, referee, and judge, an ISSA certified personal trainer also certified in CPR, a PMI certified Project Management Professional, and a licensed professional boxing trainer.
