I recommend you check it out! It's http:/ prosperorunning.blogspot.com. Posted by Calvin @ 6:28 PM. Thursday, September 15, 2005. Man de la Maza.

Chess Training for Improvement. The Website of a Chess Player Seeking Improvement Via the Methods of Michael De la Maza. Sunday, March 13, 2005. Day 76 - An Update. Well, 10 days have gone by since I last posted on my site, and I thought that it was high time to post again with an update. I wanted to let all of the knights know that I read each of your posts everyday, but I don't post daily because there isn't much to say chess-related each day for me. Posted by Calvin @ 11:47 AM. Chess Training for Improvement. The Website of a Chess Player Seeking Improvement Via the Methods of Michael De la Maza. Thursday, August 24, 2006. Breaking 1600 at CTS. Well, I was finally able to break 1600 with my huge RD about a week ago. It was exciting until I began to lose points and settle back at my regular 1560-1570. Well, I am going to be teaching chess again this winter, but I won't actually be able to play very much, due to cross country and a big homework load. Posted by Calvin @ 5:39 PM.

Chess Training for Improvement. The Website of a Chess Player Seeking Improvement Via the Methods of Michael De la Maza. Sunday, July 16, 2006. I seem to have established as a base rating on CTS of about 1560. So, I just need to see if I can actually improve on CTS and then transfer that to the chess board! Posted by Calvin @ 9:28 PM. King of the Spill. That's a nice rating for CTS! Now the gap is closed, I suspect the correlation between improving at CTS and improving OTB will be more significant. I don...

Chess Training for Improvement. The Website of a Chess Player Seeking Improvement Via the Methods of Michael De la Maza. Sunday, July 24, 2005. Day 209 - Wins! I have gone on a recent winning streak on FICS, bringing my rating to 1601. I also made a separate widipedia site at http:/ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knights Errant. It has the same text as JavaManIssa, but with Knights Errant instead of Knight Errants. Anyways, I would suggest making changes there, if you would like. Posted by Calvin @ 10:19 PM.
