Söndag 2 mars 2014. Nu är det verkligen länge sen jag uppdaterade här. Jag har varit på 1-års kontroll(nov-13) och allt var kanon. Minskat i midjan från 116 cm till 73 cm. Jag är mer eller mindre viktstabil med en vikt jag gillar. Pendlar mellan 63-65 kg. Jag mår verkligen jättebra med mitt nya liv som GBP-opad. Ska försöka lägga in bild senare . Sista bilden är tydligen nästan 1 år gammal och jag har gått ner nästan 10 kg till efter det. Måndag 27 maj 2013. Nu är jag i mål minsann. Onsdag 17 april 2013.
