The villa is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday, throughout the year. The following rates apply. 29 March – 23 May. 24 May – 11 July. 12 July – 29 August. 30 August – 26 September. 27 September – 31 October. For different lengths of stay at quieter times of the year, please contact us. We normally request a 200 deposit on booking with the balance payable in full 6 weeks before departure. A key attraction of the villa is the large freshwater pool (5m x 4m). There are terraces leading down to the pool with views towards the sea (on a clear day you can sometimes see Majorca! There is ample space around the pool for sun loungers and there is a built-in barbecue area. There is also a shower. The large area around the pool offers sunbeds, a freshwater shower, a built in barbecue and tables and chairs with a large umbrella for those seeking the shade.

The villa is located in the small community of Son Vitamina, with a variety of privately owned homes and villas and a bar/restaurant. It is easily accessible being about a 10 minute drive from the airport yet well away from the flight path and any aircraft noise. It is 15 minutes from the beautiful capital Mahon and within easy reach of many pretty coves and beaches. The resort of Cala’n’Porter (approx. 10 minutes drive) has several shops for groceries and a range of bars and restaurants.
