My grandmother used to make paper thin crepes and blintzes when I was a little boy. She filled them with a variety of cheeses and meats or just plain sugar and cinnamon. After I got married, my wife and I decided to open a casual Europe Creperie in Huntington. We always loved the town and when the opportunity came we jumped on it, finally opening on December 1, 2004. Cakes and pastries imported from Italy. Village Creperie Cafe is proud to bring this unique European taste to Huntington.
