A Little About Who We Are. Village Peddler, under the creative ownership of Genie and Bob Barlow since June 8, 2012, have made an incredible amount of friends and loyal followers through our now closed location. We operated as. Village Peddler at 3809 Penn Ave.,. Sinking Spring (Route 422W). Two story farm house with its. 12 rooms, 3,000 sq. ft., for 3 1/2 years. Then, on December 15th, 2015, we closed the doors on that Chapter (and that location), and have opened our next Chapter! Create a free website.
