The following services are provided at a very competitive rate:. We can arrange to have your home cleaned prior to your arrival. Charges start at $. Premier homes are based on size. We will open your home for such things as deliveries,. Maintenance, service companies, contractor work, etc. for a rate of $2. The same rate applies anytime we are asked to shop for items needed for your home. We will check the golf cart batteries and if water needs to be. Additional requests can be quoted upon request.

As a convenience to our clients, we are offering a shipping program. While you are away from The Villages, we will accept packages (No more than 50 pounds) at our home address for delivery to your home. If you order a new product or need to ship items to your villages home you can have them sent to our address and we will insure it gets delivered to your home on the next scheduled visit. The fee for this service is $10 per package. We are always there for you.
