Has started carrying this chocolate by Michel Cluizel. Last night I melted a bar with a little butter. Then I heated up some cream, corn syrup, sugar and a little salt. I blended with the chocolate and ended up with an amazing hot fudge sauce that I served over vanilla ice cream. I know.more biking, but totally worth it. Adapted from Jim Lahey.
