Hans Lispchis, um antigo guarda do campo de concentração de Auschwitz, deverá receber uma indemnização de cerca de cinco mil euros pelos meses que esteve detido. Isto porque, o tribunal alemão de Ellwangen considerou que o arguido é incapaz de responder à Justiça por sofrer de demência. O homem, de 94 anos, é acusado de ter sido cúmplice na morte de mais de dez mil prisioneiros.
