Saturday, January 9, 2010. Chennai Open - 2010! Rain delaying start of Q/f play by 3.5 hours : A blessing in disguise. Being able to watch all six matches of the day , sometimes 2 matches simultaneously . 5 great hours of tennis : Awesome. Having a Brown stand ticket , but sitting in Green Stand , 2 rows from the front because seats were empty : Happens only in India. Passion for the sport in Chennai , with more than 500 people staying on till the last match was done, at 1 : 30 AM : Unbelievable.

After rejecting my first and typically lazy thought ( Which was - Even Adi. Has not blogged in February , Why should i? I decided to buckle down and actually write this. It can also mean im just being lazy to organize my thoughts cohesively but hey its my blog , and no one reads this anyway :( . Onto the chaos .

Sunday, January 6, 2008. Ten out of Ten(nis). The setting : Saturday 6th Jan2008 , Chennai open 08 2nd semifinal. The participants : Rafael Nadal and Carlos Moya - Both Spaniards ,friends and eternal favourites of the adoring Chennai crowds. The result : Magic :). One of the best tennis matches ive seen and definitely the finest exhibition of sport ive seen live.
