Neighbors Caring For Neighbors. NJ Department of Human Services’ Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI) offers free vision screenings done by a certified eye screener and an eye doctor at the VIM Clinic one Friday per month,. Call 463-2846 for the schedule. 10AM to 12 NOON. Space is limited / First come, first served. Assistance with free eye glasses and specialist referrals. Is also available based on income eligibility. VIM is located at 423 N. Route 9, in Cape May Court House.

Neighbors Caring For Neighbors. Olunteers in Medicine (VIM) began in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In 1992, one out of three people who lived on Hilton Head Island had no access to health care.
