Creation of the Domaine :. Average age of vines :. 35 to 40 hl/ha. Sandy alluvium on marly limestone. Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle. Oak casks for the reds, enamelled vats for the rosés and whites. Domaine de la Vivonne is located on the slopes of the medieval village of Castellet, around the old buildings, the vines are planted on terraces (restanques). Modernization works have been undertaken since its purchase in 2011 with a view to restoring one of the jewels of the Bandol vineyards.

Sandy alluvium on marly limestone. Mourvèdre 95% Grenache 5%. 35 to 40 hl/ha. Long maceration, maturing for 18 months in 50 hl oak casks. A dense, structured wine that can be laid down for a long time; intense garnet colour with hints of deep purple. Fine bouquet offers good aromatic complexity with notes of blackcurrants and redcurrants. Full-flavoured on the palate with a silky, satiny structure supported by plump, refined tannins.
