There was even a bounce house and the boy just can't get enough of bouncing. It's not easy getting good shots through the netting but I managed to get a cute face here and there. The Dad: There is a fly-in this weekend and depending on the cost of the flights, I would like the boy to go for a ride in one of the small airplanes with me. The Mom: That is fine. I don't want to be there though, I will be too nervous. The Dad: I will be sure to take pictures. The conversation via cell phone right after the flight. The Dad: I got some good pictures and we had lots of fun. The Boy: Mom, I flew the airplane! The Dad: The boy.

Thursday, November 4, 2010. For us, it was no surprise that the boy rocked his first report card. He is such an amazing little man and just so smart! He continues to amaze me everyday with his reading. We are currently reading 2nd grade material from Hooked on Phonics. Just trying to figure out which books to tackle next. I even dressed up too but no pictures because it was a group shot and not all the kid's parents gave picture rights. Everyone had lots of fun though, even the parents!

I was talking to my lovely big sister, Jenny, the other day, and we started talking about birth order and different attributes of such. I realized later when thinking about some things she'd said that I'd been going about the problem with Sam and bed time all wrong. So I reevaluated what Sam is all about currently:. Monday, February 22, 2010. Catching Up: Fun with Family and decorating the Tree! It's gotten much more.interesting? Since we added kids to the mix, but it makes it more fun, even if it takes twice as long!
