Monday, August 10, 2015. On Friday, July 17th, a very important event occurred. I know, I find myself wondering how in the world that could be possible. Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Birthdays, Races and Miscellaneous. The past two months have been full. Busy. So many good things. So little time to sit down and blog. Here's my recap. Last spring, Becky was suddenly diagnosed with a brain tumor and it pretty much rocked the world. She had surgery to remove the tumor and a year of radiation and chemo. It has been a really rough year, and we needed some time together. She is cancer free, praise God. Needless to say, my kids were WORN out after that weekend.

Monday, November 24, 2014. I must be crazy because it's 11:27 pm and I'm not asleep. In fact, I'm the only person in my house who isn't. But my mind isn't rested yet. Loopy, but not quite out. I just spent an hour and a half frantically uploading photographs from June 2012 through February 2013 onto Shutterfly and then ordering them because at midnight, the 40% off discount expires. Friday, August 7, 2015. After starting over with our flock of chickens, it has been a waiting game of when they'll start laying. The first eggs typically arrive around 21 weeks of age, give or take a few weeks. Every now and then, we let our girls (dog and hens) roam the back yard together.
