Where vintage and antique linens come alive! Saturday, September 19, 2009. What color is orange? Think autumn. What color comes to mind? Pumpkins, squash, turning leaves, sunsets…. As I was going through my cupboards, assembling linens and textiles for autumn projects, there is an array of gold, oranges, and browns. All lovely. Which made me wonder, of course, just what color is orange. And thinking about it, I realized that there is really no such thing. At night, in the dark, it is truly colorless.
