Thursday, August 30, 2012. Beauty Portrait: Gatsby Inspired. This is a beauty Illo that was inspired somewhat of the 30's and editorial that I saw. I love pattern design and wanted to incorporate that into the illustration. I created the pattern in Illustrator and then applied it to the her clothing in Photoshop along with some distressing effects. This illustration was sketched in Sketchbook Pro and then finished in Photoshop. No images or graphics may be used with out the written permission.

Thursday, August 30, 2012. This is one of my most recent illustrations. I really had a lot of fun using the paint brushes in Photoshop and getting more acquainted with the Wacom tablet. I wanted this illustration to have minimual color, while using layers of black and grey to draw attention to her eyes and angular features. This illustration was created in Photoshop.
