I got up a bit late, finished loading defrosted and heated up the truck, pulled out of my frozen, snowy driveway at about 6am. It is 101 miles to the track. 90% freeway. It was cold this morning. Frosty Frozen cold. Slurpy brain freeze cold. I turn on the local news radio station to what is going down on the roads. Traffic is crawling at about 30 mph.

VDRNW race #4 is tomorrow/Saturday 12-3-05 at Woodland. I missed the last race due to coaching cross country at State, but that was a good tradeoff. Our #1 boy ended up 10th overall and made the podium. Our #1 girl ended up 56th. It snowed last night, most of the night, off and on. This morning, my son measured 5 inches in the backyard at 5am.
