http://mythellaneousconjurings.blogspot.com/2012/06/monty-haul-games-introduction.html
Misinformation, ramblings and reflections of a table top gamer. Friday, April 13, 2012. Monty Haul Games: Introduction. These next posts are dedicated to all those great, silly, misinterpreted 'monty haul' adventures we played back in the day. I'm including seven of the more famous magic artifacts. These tossed 'game balance' out the window, and provided something of a wish fulfillment for the players (ex. Like wielding a magic sword that mimics the power of a light-saber). Armor of the Cosmos. More than...

Welcome to my blog, wherein I indulge my fondness for wargaming miniatures. Friday, November 21, 2014. Old Heinrichsen French - 28mm Flats. First of all they are small:. Nor have even the Germans been entirely consistent in scale over the years. From left to right, old Heinrichsen 28mm and 30mm, Keiler, Rieche Brothers. How do they look when stripped and repainted? And on the plus side, their simplicity and diminutive size makes them the fairly easy to paint. I'm painting them five at a time in assem...

After a few practice tries, I worked out the following technique. Take a small amount of varnish from the tin with your brush. Thin it slightly on a pallet, I find the correct ratio is about 4 part...
