I visited this amazing chocolate factory in Sommerville, MA and brought some things back to experiment with. Taza chocolate, www.tazachocolate.com. Is stone ground, organic, dairy/gluten/soy free, and the company supports fair trade and is one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the country. The tour is interesting and you get some free samples too!
