The kickboxing class on Tuesday was fantastic! It was intense, it was new, it was very different! I also got a uniform! Health and beauty: frizzy hair.

Since my first 5k at the beginning of the month I have only been running a few times, about once a week. The longest run I did was 3.5km, and I ran with my other half once, but that was it really. I find it a little difficult to find motivation at the moment. I got bored of my routine, I started to hate treadmill running and I just missed fitness classes! Posted in Daily posts.

The first one is joining vikingsfit on No chocolate February! Which is exactly what the title suggests – if I can survive a month without chocolate then I can do anything and everything I want!
