Sandy's Stamping and Scrapping Scene. 9 August, 2015. Yesterday I felt like making something rather shabby, so I ended up with this;. Lots of layers, , distressing, cheese cloth, and crackle paint. 😀. The papers are from Maja Design’s Fika and Sofiero collections. The gorgeous sentiment stamp is from Stempelglede, the dies from Spellbinders. (The Butterfly die is an old Magnolia doohickey.). Where media gets mixed up. My Starry Starry Night. May 13, 2015. I have always been fascinated with Van Gogh’s art especially Starry Night. So this piece is inspired from that work. It started with the background where I applied Tattered Angel. Along with Art Anthology sprays. I then cover it all by using a very large soft mop brush with clear gesso, my favorite being Pebeo transparent gesso. You can click on any of the images to see a larger view. As I loved the slight haunted vibe it gave the night.
