PODCAST studio 352 with Victor Ens. Friday, July 17, 2015. As promised, the rough animation pass on the short. Notice especially the reflection in the coffee; I'm so green at special effects that I always get excited when I get something that looks half-way decent! You'll also see the new close up in the middle, which has changed quite a bit and re-focus the action between the sparrow and the girl. I'll post some WIP later next week. PODCAST studio 352 with Victor Ens. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. This scene was quite a challenge for a junior animator, but I was so confident at the time (beyond my abilities btw.) that I embraced it eagerly. It's a bit strange and I have a feeling I might do it differently now , but it works. I only made a rough indication for Stitch (someone else did the animation after me) but I did get to animate Lilo in this shot, and I always enjoyed animating characters that are pissed off, so that was fun.
