OK, It's 2 am, and all of a sudden, I'm jolted out of sleep by the sound of music. I check my alarm clock, thinking at first that it's time to get up, realize it's 2 am, and look around to try and figure out where the music is coming from. I realize it's coming from the street outside. There's a traffic light right in front of our building, and someone is waiting at the light, windows down, music blaring out of their car.
