Toasted Millet, Roasted Cauliflower and Red Pepper Gratin (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free). 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces. 1 cup of millet. 2 cups of veggie broth (or water). 1/3 cup old fashioned gluten-free oats. 1/3 cup lemon juice. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (optional). 1/4 cup unhulled sesame seeds (hulled ar fine too but unhulled have more minerals). 1 tsp Braggs liquid aminos. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp dried thyme.
