Even the journey is an adventure! Lochalsh is on the north-west coast of the Highlands of Scotland, north of Fort William, and the Traveline Scotland. Web site can help to plan your journey. From Fort William take the road north and enter Lochalsh at Cluanie on A87. The road passes through awesome Glen Shiel, then drops down to the coast at Loch Duich and hugs the coast past Eilean Donan Castle on its way to Kyle of Lochalsh. From Inverness and the north - take the A890 and enter Lochalsh at Strome Ferry.
