Cups of grated carrots, half cup sugar, half cut milk, 6tbsp of khoya kheer, 2 tbsp of ghee, a pinch of cardamom powder, 1 tbsp dates, 1tbsp flaked almond. Put ghee in a bowl and microwave at HIGH for about 40 seconds. Microwave at HIGH for 10 minutes stirring in between. Again cook for 10 minutes at MEDIUM. Add sugar.
