On Wednesday 8th October Matt attended John Gibbon’s Sports Taping course in Oxford. Along with another osteopaths, massage therapists and Crossfit enthusiasts. Many techniques were taught by John for all types of sports injuries. Achilles tendonitis, generalised knee pain, tennis and golfer’s elbow, neck pain and lower back pain. Thursday, July 23, 2015. Today we bought 4 washing machines for the orphanage! And tomorrow we will buy a lot of diapers to give them. The rest of the donations will have to wait until later so that we can decide the best things to get them.
