Lost and Found: What to do when you lose your dog. February 13, 2017. It’s our worst nightmare, isn’t it? Ah, she ran off once. Nowhere to be seen or heard. Rosie! I screamed, yelled, cajoled, clapped hands, and threatened to leave her. Nothing worked. The sun was low in the clouds. It was cold, did I mention that? Does it really help? Leave a blanket ...

Tami's great adventure. All My Rowdy Friends. My Family of Origin. Music for the Road. Strangers and Just Strange. March 25, 2014. Relying on the kindness of strangers this past week has been lovely. A drink in a ghost town with Emily’s uncle and aunt, Josie’s mother gave me a place to lay my head in Albuquerque and took me out for dinner! OK, can we just talk about Marfa. I kept trying to figure out Marfa for two dayswent to Prada Marfa. They say it takes about 2 weeks to let things go from your day to ...

Amy's Vintage Closet. Tag Archives: amy black. March 3, 2016. Shortly after Christmas I got the opportunity to take a road trip through New Mexico and Texas with my girlfriend Ashley. I have been fascinated by Marfa, Texas. If you get the chance to head to Marfa definitely do it. There isn’t a direct airport which makes it hard to get to, but it’s about an hour outside of El, Paso which is an easy flight. I hope you have a great day! February 23, 2016. I found this long fringe number. February 16, 2016.

It’s been a fun summer with a few travels under our belt. We found ourselves returning to Balmorhea State Park. By way of our 1962 Airstream trailer. To be more familiar with the area, it’s near Marfa, TX. And the Davis Mountains. This time we camped out here and didn’t explore as much as our last visit. We did make a day trip to Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico which was very cool! During this trip, I primarily pulled out my iPhone for photos. As you can see, my kids are part fish. On the way to Marfa.
