In August of 2012, Liza Carlson and fiancé Shawnn Kehr became aware of an opportunity that they couldn t pass up: the chance to own their own business doing what they loved. Word crept through the grapevine that Critter Cottage, Lincoln City s only dog daycare, was available for sale.
