A Test in Homesteading. Websites That are Helpful! August 26, 2013. I went on strike over the weekend. I was only going to do my canning. This is what happens if you refuse to do any housework besides dishes. Be forewarned! I have allowed it to consume me and add unnecessary stress. Today is my fresh start! Love Mondays for that reason, and that reason only! I have spent a lot of time watching a pressure canner the last few days and need some fresh air. So what have I been up to? We’ve done the NSPE.

We’re almost to the end of the school year and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for all the activities. So excited to not be living in my van anymore! Oh the inches have been disappearing. I just measured today and was shocked. Here’s hoping for the smaller shorts I bought fitting by the end of June! Waist: 4.75″. That is a total of 13.25″ since January! And no weight lost! Anyone on My Fitness...
