David Thomas opened one of the first studios solely dedicated to the study of yoga in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has owned. Vital Health Yoga Centre. And taught full time for over two decades. David continues to follow the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar today. He studied with the Iyengar family at their institute in Pune, India three times and he remains a general member of the Iyengar Association of Canada.
