No one was around , it was silent, sunny, and I could hear the waves crash. As I sat there, I wondered who last sat in this chair? What was on his mind? Recipe: Avocado Chicken Salad. Posted on Apr 19, 2014. Recipe: Avocado Chicken Salad. 1 cooked chicken breast. 1 tbsp olive oil *optional for a healthy fat. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut the avocado , tomato, and chicken up in squares and put it in a bowl. Add as much salsa as you like. Its totally healthy. Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle the olive oil on top* optional.
