Faceoffs and First Downs: April 2009
http://faceoffsandfirstdowns.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Faceoffs and First Downs. Penguins Hockey and Steelers Football. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Malkin nominated for Hart. We have a bunch of random Pens stuff today. We'll start off with the obvious. Geno was officially named a finalist for the Hart trophy. After not growing a playoff beard last year, he decided he is going to this year "to change a little bit my luck." Way to go Geno! Obviously not confirmed, but it makes sense. So if you want to blame it on someone, blame Yanni. 160;Nice article on Guerin.

Faceoffs and First Downs. Penguins Hockey and Steelers Football. Sunday, November 30, 2008. Steelers vs. Patriots. The Steelers will play the Patriots today in New England at 4:15. We can't stand the Patriots or Bill Belichick so we hope the Steelers pound them tomorrow. Hopefully the great Big Ben will show up and the defense will reek havoc on the Patriots offense. We have to admit we don't know what else to say other than Go Steelers! It is almost 3:30 am after all. Here are your game-day links:.

Faceoffs and First Downs: September 2009
http://faceoffsandfirstdowns.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Faceoffs and First Downs. Penguins Hockey and Steelers Football. Monday, September 28, 2009. Steelers lose. Again. It was a sure thing! Looks like someone just lost the 3rd receiver position for sure now. Taking everything into account, we have to say we're the most concerned about the defense. This is the defense that was the best in the league last year and now it's losing games for the team to the Bungles? Why the collapse late in games? We're going to sleep on that one. More later.
