Monday, January 21, 2008. Kelly Visits in January. This is a VERY late posting, but we didn't want to forget Kelly's visit to Las Vegas. We went hiking with Kelly in Red Rock, we ate deep fried twinkies, and Barley made a new best friend. I am about to eat my first, and probably my last deep fried twinkie. Sunday, June 29, 2008. Red Square - Vodka Vault in Mandalay Bay. We had friends (Dawn and Greg) in town and thought we'd try the Red Square russian restaurant in Mandalay Bay. The food was good but the best part was the offer of when you purchase a bottle of vodka, you get to drink it in the vodka vault (ice cooler at 10 degrees) while wearing a russian fur coat and hat. Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Halloween Masquerade Ball in Vegas. As usual - the Stan and Betsy Halloween show survived in the desert of Las Vegas. We had our 4th annual Masquerade Ball and once again - had plenty of booze and memories to fill a red plastic cup! Enjoy the couple of pictures from the night. Saturday, February 16, 2008. Courtney Visits the Desert. Courtney came out to Vegas for a little R&R. Monday, November 24, 2008. It was one of our first Thanksgiving holidays at our home - typically we go 'home' to either Michigan or Florida.but we stayed put this year. We had some adventurous friends over - even though they new it was our first turkey cook'n experience. brave, very brave. Betsy poses with her homemade stuffed turkey. Butterball has nothing on her! Where did you get that NCR flag from? I've been trying to find out where to get one but have no clue how to. I actually bought it on eBay a couple years ago.
