Sunday, January 29, 2012. Happy Chinese New Year. Gong Hey Fat Choy" - Happy Chinese New Year! My parents came over for the weekend and celebrated Chinese new year with us. While Ben and I were at the temple, the kids made lanterns and learned about Chinese New Year. We all got NEW shirts, because you get something "new" on new years. They also brought their own Chinese dishes and we had noodles, oranges and tea (the tea that's ok to drink ;). We finished off the night by eating out at a Chinese restaura...

http://nikki-glasscock.blogspot.com/2009/12/santa-2009.html
Tuesday, December 22, 2009. This falls into the category of Christmas tradition and decoration since my favorite holiday decoration is my progression of Santa photos since Nick was a baby. I proudly display them on my mantel each Christmas. Maybe someday I will upload them and share them with everyone but for now all you get is this year's photo. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Life Per Usual: July 2008
http://kandisbryant.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 30, 2008. There has been so much going on this month that I haven't had time to post it all on the blog. Who knew that having fun could be so much work! Here are some of the highlights from this last month:. 1 I went to a baby shower for cousin. And met up with some of my favorite bloggers! It was so fun to see so many family members that I haven't seen in ages or have been otherwise neglecting (sorry again Sara, does this shout out in my blog make up for my laziness? See number 4 below).

Monday, January 14, 2013. What Would You Do With $100? On Christmas day I returned home to find some mail at my doorstep. It was fun to open up all of the late delivered Christmas cards and continue to feel the Spirit of the Season. One card was from a client, which was thoughtful in and of itself, and held a $100 gift card. That's not junk change! I felt extremely grateful and my mind immediately started reeling with what I could purchase. Maybe an apple tv? Some new running shoes? My Hee-larious 2nd Co...

Life Per Usual: December 2012

Sunday, December 30, 2012. Have you read this. I've been thinking a lot about it. It's amazing to me that during its life, a single bee will only contribute approximately 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey. A TEASPOON. That's not very much. But that's not what has me thinking. Mostly I've been thinking about this talk because I've felt guilty. Guilty because Elder Ballard basically issued a challenge that I strongly agreed with but for which I have yet to comply:. I have a strong testimony of service! I'm laz...

Simply Swain: September 2009
http://simplyswain.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Our lives, through my eyes. Sunday, September 27, 2009. Bad, bad baby. He had a blast pulling all of the tissues out of the box. Needless to say, I wasn't home and Ron was watching tv, not paying attention. I though it was funny though so I had to take a picture. And these are just because he's a stud. Lovingly written by Maegan. At about 10:49 AM. Saturday, September 26, 2009. Okay I just have to do this. Fat kid: Hey would you like to buy some homemade chalk? Me: No I don't, I'm sorry. At about 6:29 PM.

Simply Swain: December 2009
http://simplyswain.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Our lives, through my eyes. Saturday, December 26, 2009. The End of 2009. You can't tell from the picture but life, really is, good. HAHA. A lot has happened this year, it has been a great 2009 for us. Can you believe that Ron has been home for 9 months? So knowing what Christmas is like with him gone, I don't want to do it again.but we will have no choice when next summer rolls around. Trashcanistan will be calling his name. I finished my "first" semester with a 3.0! And wow, 2010. Really? Were saying&#...
