How did I start Yoga with my Body. It's all started 20 years ago. Wai Lana's voice and smile had inspired me to have some home practice since. The body took in the flexibility of the yoga right away at that time. 7 year ago, i had to go through a ACL knee surgery after a ski accident. The choice for me to re-connect my body, and gain my flexibility back was through Yoga. I committed myself to the heated Bikram Yoga room, and slowly, I've gained my strength and flexibility back.
