For the next week I shall be visiting my grandparents way down yonder in one of them thar' Red States, where the people are friendly, the land flat, the speed limits on the backroads non-existant, and the amber waves of grain rippling fluidly in the wind (just not during this time of year). Dot was a rather curious little MP3, as she was but a mere 2.3 MB in size and of a 96 kbps bitrate instead of the more traditional 128 kbps. All the other MP3s made fun of poor little Dot because she wasn't like them, and she was always very sad. Unfortunately her travels in the internet corrupted her. She awoke the following morning and exploded, and everyone died.

I was planning a serious rant a while ago about the War in Iraq and Cindy Sheehan and the general hypocrisy of the idology of a particular group of Americans, but I decided against writing it for several reasons: because somebody would have gotten offended and protested; because nobody really cares about politics except politicians and their critics; and because I have an college application essay due tomorrow that I didn't want to procrastinate.
